After countless hours of fixing various inventory issues for people (most from using SI), I've finally coded a function (not necessarily pretty) web side function for you to be able to do the following:

1. Rename folders - Core folders, such as Animations, Objects, Textures and so on are protected so you can't rename them. All user created folders are able to be renamed.

2. Rename items - You can rename any item you so need to.

3. Delete items - This is a two-fold command. If the item is not in your Trash folder, it will move the item to your Trash folder, that way you don't accidentally delete something then wonder how to get it back. If it is in your Trash folder, it will completely delete the item from the database. I will NOT attempt to restore items removed from your Trash folder in this way. You'll need to reupload or rebuild it.

4. Empty Trash - Careful with this one, as it can frustrate you a bit. If the command takes longer than 30 seconds to purge all the items, the command will not successfully execute. This is handy for a quick purge of like 20-30 items (guessing here, as I have about 2k items in my Trash that I need to delete so it doesn't work for me yet).

The BIGGEST issue with inventory not loading is Date & Time stamps that are put in by SI when uploading to the grid. Once you hit a certain number of folders, OS says, nope I'm not reading any more inventory for you til you clean it up. When that happens, you no longer are able to clean up your own inventory. Then it can take me up to 3 hours to clean an avatar's inventory while preserving what they have. This way, that power is now with you.

This is not intended to be easy cheesy for people, nor to be an alternative for being in world. However, you can find it useful if you need to get a couple things done when you're not able to enter the world (I would NEVER advocate playing when at work :D ). If/when this gets fixed, I will remove the web side services.

This is great Ele, He has been renaming the folders as He brings them in using SI, but I still have all my old ones to do & this might actually speed up the process for us bringing all my designs in from SL as I think it would be quicker for Him to just upload them in, as I think He does with His own items, while I can rename from the website
