The Beta Grid currently has Groups enabled, and I'm working steadily on the patches for them. Remember, if you create Groups on the Beta Grid, those groups will not be found on the main grid when we roll them out finally! Groups do not cost anything to create on the Beta Grid, so we encourage you to test them out

Groups have been patched on the Beta Grid for permissions. We'd appreciate it if our users would be so good as to go to their Account Settings on the site, and hit Join Beta Grid, then follow the instructions there and test the groups module out.

Barring any major permissions bugs being found, we will release the rolling update on Thursday, July 2, 2009.
