Just want to post a quick note about support issues and what to do if you have issues.
If your Isle is down, please submit a support ticket via the website. This way your issue is logged and we can work on getting things back up as soon as possible. Once support has received your ticket we will review the information you provide and get you restarted, or escalate your issue to a grid dev to handle.
If you contact one of us Inworldz, we will ask if you have submitted a ticket and go there and make sure that no one else is working on the issue already. We do ask that you submit the ticket though, because it helps us keep track of what has been done to fix and issue.
If you have specific bugs that do not keep you out of your region we ask that you submit these into the Mantis Bug Tracker. If you are unsure of who should handle the situation, choose who you think can best help with your bug. We will make sure the correct person is assigned to the issue. The Mantis is a nice resource to understand what we already know about, what we have fixed, and what is known about an issue. Sometimes you can help us further by providing more detailed information than was first reported. This helps all of us to make the world better for everyone.
You will also notice there are bug reports in the forums. We do read these and will respond to them with feedback, and questions to clarify the issue more precisely.
We do appreciate your feedback, and no one should feel they can't let us know if something is not working.
