There's no VioletteVine, and in fact none that start with Violette at all, and only one Vine (not related), so I think what may have happened here is that you registered for something else (like the forums here) or the support site, or something other than the main avatar registration page, or just didn't complete the registration in some way. If not, that's your next step. If you've been through that, check the email you registered with for an activation message or your spam folder if you have one.
