I'm trying out virtual riding (horse) and I'd love to be able to change my camera position to a more natural place. I think i could do it in debug settings but it is such a long time since I tried this I've forgotten which option to choose.

As an add on, are there any scripts which exist which could toggle between two camera positions?

One way, but be gentle with it:
Hold down ctrl and then use your scroll wheel. Do remember the amount you modify it, because it will NOT reset after a relog.

I like Blackburn Construction's camera HUD. It makes it very convenient to change the camera position and save it as a preset, and change between any number of presets.

Hoooo Benski Da Cat !
I was looking since ages in all viewer parameters. Your trick did it! Now I see my avie at a more normal horizontal angle.

Slaps you with a 10 kgs Red Tuna.

I have a problem with the angle of view on Firestorm - it looks too far down towards the ground in front of my feet, I'd rather have it looking more straight ahead. There doesn't seem to be a Preference setting for this angle, does anyone know of one anywhere in the Debug settings ?

Give that control+scroll a try Ark, I had the exact same and clicked it down a notch or 2.

In your case: ctrl+scroll-up But do it a single click at a time and count them, that way you know how much you changed.

There's a place in settings.xml to change this...... we have a detailed set of notecards about optimizing this and many other settings available at TFSL and they are, as always, free of charge :)

I'm sorry, I just realised I forgot to thank everyone for their help! Logan sent me a HUD which I intend to experiment with, and Benski's ctrl mouse scroll is very useful.
